A person using the name Douglas Costa ( 516-229-1887 ) stating he was an underwriter for Westgatre Resorts and that he had an offer for my condo which I had listed for sale. He seemed to have proper credentials and information on the condo. They required an up to date title insurance of which they could provide at a cost. All transactions would be made via Western Union money-in-mintes to a Mr Justin Thibodeau in Greenacres Fl 33461 The title insurance rep. RED FLAG. The next step was Mr Wayne Wiggins ( 561-291-9059 ) the closing officer. All seemd to be legitimate request and information. The next request was for closure cost via Western Union again to a Mr Alex Anthony Castro same address for closure cost. A Mr Bill Mathers ( 772-245-7231 ) of American Courier Service contacted me next for delivery information of checks and documents. A next day delivery was set. There was no delivery Mr Jamesmade at the set time. Mr Mathers said he would find out what the problem was. The documents were at the airport but due to the amount of the checks and a new/different courier a bond was required at another additional cost. This money was to be sent to James Ray Dodge Jr 2468 12st. Lake Worth Florida 33461 to release the packages. A new delivery time was set but again no packages delivered. All phone calls after that time to any of the individuals went to a recording. These men are professional scam artist and it seems they have contacts within the resorts for information. From this point on I can not trust any sales related companies that request any upfront money to continue to sale. Palm Beach area of Florida must be a safe haven for condo fraud.
