Joey Anderson and his Manager lie to their representatives for them to agree to be employed

American Choice Energy had contacted my boyfriend for an interview, then explained he would be called back for a second interview which would take all day and he would be compensated for his time if hired. He passed both interviews then on his day of training he was informed that they had the paydate wrong and they would not be paid that friday, but will be paid the following friday. also instead of being compensated for the 2nd 8 hr interview they were only getting paid for the day of training,.He was also informed that he also needed to make 17 deals or he would be trained again so he could achieve his quota. The following week he was told that they were wrong on his pay date again this time instead of the following week, his paycheck would now be two weeks from the original date he as told, and to top everything off after his first full week he was now told since he had 15 deals not 17 he had to make 5 deals the following day or be terminated at that time he was informed Quintin the floor manager had forgot this minor detail during training, He was terminated and told that He would have to come back not once but on two seperate occasions to pick up his check and not within the mandatory 72 hours for a terminated employee, but once 7 days and the second 14 days after termination. I have been a sales associate for years and yes i have seen companies misrep themselves but never this badly they are unprofessional and simply have poor business management. They are unable to hold a staff do to lying and not following the protocol of a boiler room which is now against the law. When you have a fresh salesman that can produce 15 out of 17 you work with them not give them a sour taste for sales I agree sales isnt for everyone. I am reporting them to the labor board as well as I encourage everyone who has been lied to and cheated by them. Joey its ashame you leave a horrible company to clear your name then your just as bad.
