America's Credit Union Predatory Lender, Internet

This is a true story, my daughter and her husband have a loan with America's Credit Union for their only car they have for transportation for their two jobs (they both work). Unfortunately due to an upside down mortgage, they had to file Chapter 7. They were allowed to keep one vehicle and intended to continue paying on their car loan with America's Credit Union which they had been, on time since they had less than 24 months left on a 60 month loan. I repeat, they were not behind on their car payments at all. They woke up this morning, thinking their car had been stolen, which it had, by America's Credit Union. America's Credit Union decided to repossess their car without advance notice and without giving them the option to refinance the vehicle or pay for it. Today they have been calling repeatedly since they now realize their mistake that they did not give notice. By the way, did I mention, my daughter is pregnant and due to have a baby in the near future? Thanks America's Credit Union for added stress to that event!!!! They really have not been calling to try and rectify the situation, rather they have calling as predatory lenders and have used this opportunity to try and DOUBLE their existing car payment. Again, thanks America's Credit Union for making a bad situation, even worse!!! When the atty was contacted, she was shocked, since in most cases the banks/credit unions are only too happy have customers who pay their bills on time and will honor the arrangement. Again, America's Credit Union does not fall under the description of honorable creditors. Do not patronize them and certainly, we cannot recommend them for anything except criminal prosecution for their malicious practices.
