This dispute is regarding the purchase of rugby jerseys from Aloha Rugby by the Rochester Colonials. Our payments were sent in on July 21, and the expected time of delivery was 4-6 weeks after payment. As of today, we are going into the tenth week of waiting, with no delivery date in sight. I have been in constant contact with Mr. Sebastian Forrester of Aloha Rugby, and can provide the whole email chain if needed. Email me if you're interested. On four separate occasions, we were told by Mr. Forrester that the jerseys would be completed within the next week. Each time, we were then told it would be another week. More recently, I requested pictures of our jerseys be sent to us as proof they were being made. I was told we would get the pictures on Thursday 9/15, but then I received an email that day that he couldn't get the pictures to us until later. Finally on Friday 9/16/11, we were told we would receive images before Monday morning, 9/19. The images were not sent, and 4 emails to Mr. Forrester have gone unanswered. There has been a constant pattern of unfulfilled promises, and compounding this is the number of complaints we recently found online regarding unfulfilled promises and jerseys not being delivered, and the pattern for their issues looks very similar to ours. He has promised either our product or a return of our money, and I'm worried about not getting either.
