allmoviereplicas.com All Movie Replicas Took money, never sent item Coquitlam, British Columbia Canada |
31st of May, 2011 by User726645 |
I ordered a William Wallace (Braveheart) exact movie replica sword, priced at $325 on their website, on 23-01-2011. I was immediatley charged for item + tax + shipping (total $367.50), yet to this day (over 4 months later), I still have not received the item. First, they made me wait for over 2 months saying the item was out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment from manufacturer, even though their website never said anything about that. Then when they finally shipped a package, they shipped the wrong item. They sent me a cheap $80 replica instead, with clearly visible differences in quality, size, and lack of display plaque compared to the one I ordered. Repeat conversations have lead to nothing but them claiming they sent the right item and calling me a liar. They refused to send the correct item or refund my money. This has been by far the most unpleasent and unprofessional experience in all my years of dealing with online retailers. Stole my money. |

I have had a similar problem with allmoviereplicas.com. they have been quick enough to take my money but it took for me to email them 2 weeks after ordering for them to say the item is out of stock. While the website still states that the item is shipped within 1-4 business days. The FAQ section states that if an item is going to be delayed they will notify you promptly. like hell they will.
I am so angry by the replies that i get from them. One sentence answers like 'i will look into it' or 'it's back ordered' and the latest one when i asked when its likely to be back in stock...'mid-july' that's it! with no apology or any idea when it will actually be shipped.
my bank account is $128 lighter and i think i now have to settle that they have stolen my money and i will not get it back.
Avoid this website at all costs. |

I have had a horriffic experience with allmoviereplicas having ordered $300 worth of items to be shipped to Australia. I ordered on the 27th July and finally after months of arguing about non delivery 2 out of my 5 items arrived in November!!! I still await the other 3 and despite repeated email and telephone calls i get a one line email stating "we are looking into it"
Worst customer service EVER!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID |

Yes. They suck bigtime. I order a ring, and they sent me the wrong one, and I suspect, intentionally. The ring I recieved was a very cheap looking ring, and definately not worth the $70.00 I sent. I believe that they were out of that item (if they ever had it at all) and decided to send some substsitute crap. Then, they said they needed a picture of it before they could accept the return, saying the rings are sized to fit. WTF?!?What difference does it make what size the ring is, if it's the wrong one? But I sent them a picture of it, and they said I had to send it back in the original box it came in. I tore the box opening it, and did not anticipate having to send anything back. They said they were sceptical whether they could even take the item back, and have not even mentioned reimbursing me for the return shipping. |
