I have been working with Alliance Mitigation for almost a year now. And all I have gotten were promises. I gave the 1500 they cashed my check and said they would start working on it. I was in contact with them times more so then I can remember because my computer crashed and I lost lots of emails they never responded to. i have since gotten many letter from BOA saying they are starting foreclosure proceedings and now even refuse to cash my mortgage checks. I am in a pickle because I have no more funds, I don't want to lose my house and now Heidi won't contact me. Left several messages for a week now to no avail. and one message I even told her that I know she is avoiding me because house is going into foreclosure and her promises to me are not coming through. I am raising a granddaughter and I fear we are going to be left homeless and for what. If I had gotten an attorney but I had not funds, I would have been better off. I would have my house. Now what do I do. I am attaching some replys I managed to save from Heidi and I can tell you BOA is screwing me over also. I get all kinds of crap from 3 different addresses saying all opposite. I am screwed and my granddaughter and i need help and dont know what to do now. See below Hi (this was Oct of 2010) Ilene, I called Bank of America this week and spoke with William ID#2817.
