Unfortunately I had a difficult time with this company. I work for a General Contractor and I spoke to Dwayne to schedule a 40 yard roll-off and provided him with the address of the job site as well as a payment over the phone. The Bin was to be delivered between 8AM-12PM and I spoke to my Superintendent on the job site and it was not there by 12:30PM. I spoke to Dwayne and he stated that the driver was on lunch and he would be there shortly. By 3PM, our company left the job site with no bin being delivered that day. I spoke to Dwayne the next morning and indicated that we needed it by 12 - no later, he stated it would be there within the half hour(9:30AM). By 10:40AM I spoke to Dwayne, claimed the driver was 15 minutes away - I stated that if it was not there by 11AM, we were going to cancel and go with another company - honestly we cannot operate like this. After 11AM I notified my Superintendent not to accept delivery and called another company competent enough to deliver a bin. At 11:35AM I received phone calls from Dwayne and our Superintendent that they were trying to deliver it but we were not accepting it. Upon speaking to Dwayne, he said there was $100 trip charge - I told him no, unfortunately you didn't fulfill your end of the bargain and our company needs dependability. He claimed he would just charge our credit card - so I'd say stay away from this company, they are liars and crooks. Here's our emails back and forth: I will send the voice recordings to my attorney. Your card will be refunded and charged for $100.00 for a non delivery fee. If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know. -- Dwayne Qualls, All Haul Demolition & Recycling Eazy-Out Phone: (877) Eazy Out Email: [email protected] www.rolloffbins4less.com www.1877EazyOut.com Date: Wed, 25 May 2011 18:56:23 +0000 To: [email protected] Subject: 40 yard bin - Does not have permission to charge Credit Card Please be informed that your company does not have permission to charge our credit card for any amount whatsoever. The 40 yard bin ordered on 5/23/11 for delivery between 8AM-12PM on 5/24/11. I was told by Dwayne when the bin was not delivered by 12PM that the driver was on lunch by 3PM we still did not have the bin. When I called this morning(5/25/11) I stated that we needed it today. After being told it would be there in 30 minutes, then 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes there was an attempt to delivery it 2 hours after promised. Unfortunately we are unable to do business with a company that is not competent. No agreement was signed, and a trip fee for $100 will be charged to our credit card I was told. We did not agree to any terms like that and due to lack of delivery when promised I cancelled the order, so I will state it again, All Haul Demolition & Recycling does not have permission to charge our company credit card. |
