All Florida Window Tinting Never Showed up 3 times for appointment - Groupon purchase - never returned calls Tamarac, Florida

I ordered a coupon from Groupon and called the company for an appointment. I was kept on hold for 8 minutes and nobody came back to the phone. I called 3x and left messages with no return phone call. Once I did set the appointment they never showed up for the appointment and claimed it was never in their appointment book - after the appointment was confirmed prior. We then set an appointment for the next day at 10am sharp and they never showed up again! I spoke to them at 1230 that same day and I was told by Brian (the owner) that he is sorry he did not show up and was on his way and would be there in 1/2 hour. He never showed until 3 hours later and when he showed up he did not even have the correct tint for the car. He said he would be back the next day at 10am. Never showed up again and at 2pm that day when he finally answered his phone I was told that someone else was supposed to show up and he was sorry once again. He said someone will be there in an hour. Once again nobody showed up to tint my car. Groupon was great as they credited my account. All Florida Window Tinting has to be one of the most unprofessional run business's that is filled with deciet I have ever encountered. Since they are so shady I choose to remain anonymous.
