| On April 5, 2011, I was on my way to work & heard a question on the radio Station 93.1 AMOR that i knew the answer to. Now i have never called a radio station in my life, but i called Marcela Paberas answered the phone i gave her the answer & she asked my name & said she'd call me back in 15 minutes. When she called back i was informed I'd won an all inclusive trip to Florida, Las Vegas or Punta Cana, DR. The trip was valued at $3200.00,, I havent been financially able to take a vacation in years, so i was beyond ecstatic. I was told by Marcela Paberas I'd only be responsible for the Taxes $299.99. I was then transferred to Alberto Abril, Manager & verifiying agent of All Dreams Vacations. I was told to secure my package i'd have to pay the taxes up front & I'd get a confirmation number, he also gave me the number for reservations to book the trip. The money was taken out of my account immediately!They also mentioned I had 2 years to use it. Since then I have been unable to get thru to anyone at any number i was given, even those i looked up online. I also looked online & sent emails i was able to find for any of the above companies & asked for someone to contact me asap. Ive not received anything for my money & i am a single mother with a part time job in retail, every little bit helps. So be careful! |

Hi, Please note on May 16 My wife was told the same she was listening to La Maga in New York, she call and andswer a Question and was told she was the 6 caller and has won a trip to Disney plus 2 more furture trips, she was aks to paid $299 and $89 respectfully from my Credit card which also was taken out, now I was told on May-23 by Barbara G, ( 305-441-6901 ) La Maga Corparate office that the FCC Has taken over ALL DREAMS VACATION/ VGC Corp.
I feel La Maga should by reponsive and make good on these promises |

hello my name is Rosario and today my husband showed me the Miami Hearal (may 27, 2011) were it says that All Dreams Vacations has been closed by Court orders...!!!WHAT THE HELL !!! I have been saving for a vacation, unable to afford and when I heard this trivia over the phone I thought that finally my family and I that has never been able to afford for any vacation were finally made ...I am mad and upset for people that takes advantage of other people to make their fortune...don't you have a heart !

Well... well... I can not believe that this happened through a TV or radio station. My story is the same than the story reported on 6th April.
I was charged $389.98 on my credit card. I have not heard from this people again... the web site and the phone numbers have been disconnected... did they make enough money on naive people like us?? How can they get to us through a well know radio station (93.1 Amor) or a TV ad??
So now... the money is gone and the company as well... How do the radio stations and/or TV allow this to happen??
Of course this email c.ferrari @ tratocorp.com is another scam...
What to do now??

Everyone..listen up..My ex-wife was scammed too.. How does the 3 big radio stations allow this? FIGHT BACK.. I know it;'s hard because I love to listen to my spanish music and I'm american . Tell everyone..pas it along.. DONT LISTEN TO the 3 STATIONS.. When they lose money, then they will become involved as well. PEOPLE POWER..stand together. Play tapes or ipods BUT DONT TURN YOUR RADIOS to the 3 stations..and you know which ones I mean..

| Hi, i also am in the same boat ride. i actually purchased it 09/17/2010, had not used I was pregnant at the time. We were interested in going in this time. Come to find out they took my money and ran. I am so disappointed and worried at the same time. I paid $284.99 for this package. My baby is 7 month know looking to take him to Disney and to expect this ! Not cool at all. I have notified the FTC and also tried contacting all the numbers. But of course all disconnected and no answer to all the voice mails left. en mayo del 2011 escuchaba la radio amor 93.1 en ny y nos paso lo mismo yo y mi hijo
nos ganamos las vacasiones y nosdijeron lo mismo que a muchas otras victimas que teniamos que pagar
los taxes del total de costo $299.99x2 $599.98 retirado inmediato de mi cuenta de banco .
tenemos que unirnos y pelear contra estos, la radio es complice de esta estafa .
yo por mi parte boy a reportar esto alos medios de comunicasion como noticieros, y mas no por los que me robaron si no por los que lo promueben en las radios .
