I signed a contract with Prestigious Motor Cars April 2008 to have a 1957 Chevy Convertible built be Robert Weikel he told me the car would be complete by October 2008. October came around and he told me the is ready to be painted I will delivery it to you in April 2009.
April 2009 sorry but the car is being painted but I'm short handed and I build 6 cars a year so I need more time how about July 2009. I called July 2009 Robert gives me the same story about the car is ready to be painted. I started to call every week Robert just told 1 lie after nother about the car.
September 2009 I sent a friend out to take photo's of the car. Robert is real nasty to my friend and tells him he will leave the car on the street for somebody to steal. I call the police about this. The police go to see Robert tells he must obey the contract and they will check in on the progress.Robert disobeys the police and does no work to the for the rest of the year.
April 2010 I tell Elyria Police to arrest I don't care of the end result he stole $24,311.00 from me.
The police told there is nothing can and only hold in jail for 1 night.Robert calls me and tells me he will finish the car by May 2011.
May 2011 I call Robert he tells the car is ready for paint and it's drivable I said great when can I have the car Robert tells me July it will be finally done.
August 2011 I call Robert is the car done? No I'm going to give you money back instead I can not complete the car. I start calling Robert each week telling I have not recieved the money where's the money. I called the police to report that Robert is keeping the car and my money.
September 2011 I tell Robert I'm coming out to get the car he hangs up on me. I call the police I told them it's been 3 years and 7 months no car no refund on $24,311.00. The police force him to surrender the car. I hired 5 different car transporters to pick up the car Robert turns the all away.
October 2011 I call Robert to tell him why would you do this to me I'm calling the police.
Robert has a driver deliver the car but I had to pay the bill and tells the police I'm no allowed to speak to him ever. The police take his side.
The car is delivered to my house with only 1 days work completed on in a 3 year 7 month period.
$14,311.00 worth in parts and labor in missing on the car. The police tell me take him to court but your going to lose.
There absloutely no justice and Robert Weikel lives his life know he legally STEAL from anybody.
