all county towing FIGHT BACK AGAINST THESE THIEVES ft lauderdale, Florida |
6th of Apr, 2011 by User807476 |
If all County Towing towes you car for being as they call it "illegaly Parked" do not pay them directly. Go to the Broward county clerk of the courts & post a bond for your car. Ask the thieves at all county towing to give you the total owed on the car up to the exact dollar then bond your car out. They will send a deputy to the tow lot and they must release your car. Later you will get a court date in the mail where you will go before a Judge who will 99% of the time rule in your favor because All County scam Towing inc usually towes cars outside of the law guidlines Ie improper signs or too far away ( law clearly states the towing company must store cars within ten (10) miles from where the car/vessel was towed from. They tow cars away from Coral Springs, FL which is well beyond the 10 mile radius. They allways overcharge as well as steal contents from cars. YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS FIGHT BACK!!!!! The law is on your side & usually the big bad towing co loses in Court....... If you live in Coral Springs you are beyond the 10 (ten) mile radius allowed by law and they will never win in Court against you.... If possible take pictures of the lot/property/space your car was towed from and show that there were no signs posted or that they were not clearly visable at every possible entrance to the lot / property. Please fight back it is your right and only by fighting together can we defeat these tyrants that are giving all towing co's a bad name... PS To: anonymous with a clue no need to respond idiot we are not stupid I believe you are the owner or manager (poorly) of All County Towing & I will drive you out of Coral Springs............
