On April 2010, Ms Alicia Accinelli, Attorney at Law, Licensed in the state of Florida to practice law was referred to my wife and me by Foreclosure Rescue Services, L.L.C., d/b/a Foreclosure Relief Systems, L.L.C. (FRS), a foreclosure relief company for which she works as an attorney representing clients in foreclosure in the State of Florida. Ms Accinelli has though agreed to represent our case (Case NO: CACE 10-15643-12) and later that same month filed a motion of extension of time to file a response to complaint on our behalf in the circuit court of the 17th judicial circuit in and for Broward, County, Florida. FRS turned out to be a fraudulent company that scams many people, in Florida, including us who had since paid the company and Ms Accinelli to mitigate our foreclosure with the bank. We have made several attempts to get in touch with our attorney (which in the case is Ms Accinelli) to get an update on our case but she ignored all calls. In June 16th, this year, my wife and I went to her office on Bayshore Drive where we have our first formal meeting; we were denied access to the office and the right to meet with her. We have paid a total of $15,000 to this attorney to represent us. We have made several attempt to contact her with no response. She and the people she was working with have disappeared. Their intentions were to defraud people instead of helping them. Alicia Accinelli should not be allowed to practice law. I sent several e-mails to her, she decided to ignore them. I will not stop until I find some resolution to this.
