Promised so many things... then bailed! Tuition included 10 hours of live training sessions plus 10-15 hours of videos and homework. Also included being able to have his company run one judgment for me. Promised I would be up and running in 120 days. Said he would run credit and locator reports for me through his office until I had been in business long enough to get my own accounts. Then he closed his Florida office, sold his house, and moved. Then he had surgery. Then he decided to ignore his students and go work with someone else, and travel in his free time. Finally got a phone call and a couple e mails from him saying he couldn't run reports because his credit cards on file had expired. He claims he wants to still mentor and teach me the business, but I don't see it. He took the money, close to $8000 and I have had 2 sessions and 3 videos since May 10 2010.
Then he tried to say I did not hold up my end of the deal by not running credit reports in a timely fashion. I reminded him that HE was supposed to run them, through his 'office' that he closed down. He keeps promising to have them to me in 2 -3 days. His last e mail stated he was going to travel in Europe for 2 weeks. How nice, take everyone's money and go on vacation. He could be done with all of us in 10 short weeks, just do the webinars and record them. And his merchant account buddy, Jim Walker, says he cannot refund any of us because he is merely the merchant and has no power to refund anything. We trusted that Al was an expert in the business and the only person with enough experience to really teach us correctly. Do the right thing Al, refund us so we can move on and get some real education and get our businesses going.
