Having discussed the situation with Christian, he explained how I needed exhaust repair on my 9-3 from the catalytic convertor and back and how the pricing would be fair. Trusting Christian and his judgement, I gave the "okay" to complete the job with NEW parts and paid for services rendered.

At my next oil and filter (Aktive is to far from my home, so I do oil and filters at a local garage near my house), the mechanic brought it to my attention thatmy front pipe was beingstressed due to theexhaust piping, from the catalytic convertor and back, not being properly hung and supported. I couldn't believe this!! I told the mechanic that I just had this repair completed a month ago - how could this be?

The mechanic [near my house] took me under the car to explain the inefficiencies and workmanship of that particular job. Boy - did I feel raped !! I askedthe mechanic - what could be done to repair this? He gave me two options - one of the options was a quote for abrand new stainless exhaust system from the turbo to the tailpipe (i.e. front to back). This price was basically the same price that Christian charged me - $1400.00!!! Wow... I couldn't believe it - not only was I getting more for the money as I was quoted onstainless steel (as opposed to the cheapermetal exhaust thatAktive put on), but I wasgetting the complete exhaust (frontto back) !! Again, I got this feeling of being raped !!!

Shame on me for trusting Christian andSHAME ON CHRISTIANfor charging for inferior workmanship and parts !!!!
