Its True and it is also Dam its funny that on the http://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/MDJ.aspx site under Participants Name Kirk Bontempo under the Monroe County Listing He seems to have 4 page long list of Offenses and 6 for 2011 alone all stemming from Traffic Dockets all the way down to Trespassing and Criminal Mischief and not just the Sex offenders information you might want to take a look for your self and use your own discretion.
I don't think the newspapers nor the magisterial District Courts make these things up. Again just looking to help in the best interest of the public.
