Affordable Fence Brock Rowe Took my money and did not finish the fence Lexington, North Carolina

I called this company out of the phone book, he sounded very genuine. He came by when he said he would the first day, collected some money to purchase material and returned with posts and some fencing rolls to start on my black vinyl coated chain link fence. His guys worked a few hours that day and set all of the posts. He was supposed to come by the morning to complete the job. He said he would be there at 9am, but showed up around 1pm to put of some of the fencing up and collect more money, even asked for more money before he left and we didn't even have all of the materials... Luckily my husband caught on to him and told him he would pay him the balance once the job was complete, and not to my surprise that he would not show back up....He would called and text my cell phone for days saying that he would return to finish the job the next day or next week but never did. I ended up having to pay another company an extra $800 to complete a job that I paid him to do. Please do not hire this man or his help, he will take your money and piss you off. Not a legitimate business and I cannot believe that people still hire him to do jobs without knowledge, I really wish I had checked him out before hiring him to do my job.
