Cellean Do not try this product. They say that you only have to pay for shipping then they ding you for the total amount plus shipping. It does not work. When you try to get your money back, there is no one to talk too. I tried to phone and email so far they did not get back to me. I am not happy at all, you will not be either. Do not send them your credit card number.

total scam. They force you to accept the delivery of the "free" trial. But #1 It is not free. they will charge you for half of the product. ie. trial is only 16 days. product is good for 30 days. If you don't contact them within 16 days you will be charged for membership of 89 dollars. You MUST call to cancel to not be charged, and you MUST return the product untouched or you will be charged.
Don't touch this product. Not free!

I wish I had seen this prior to ordering. I too purchased both Cellean and Coleanse and tried to return the product - order on October 16 but did not receive until October 28 and then they charged me immediately for the full amount of both products. Upon trying to get ANY type of refund, they claim it is too late since 16 days passed from date of order but I only had the items for 4 days! I have since in 4 phone calls with then, can't get any head office to complain. There system is automated, and I can't seem to get any email to verify I am returnign the product or are they able to fax anything. After my attempt today, they inform me I only have 30 days to return the product in which I have wasted 6 days waiting for the verification return email that their only manager, Elizabeth (ID#807) promised. THIS is a SCAM... stay away at any cost.!!!

I too think I have been scammed. I still have not received my bottle. It has been a month now. Also I have gone onto their website to get contact info and the name has changed from cellean to céllan? I'm confused and this deters me from any other legitimate online shopping.

I ordered both the "free" samples of Cellean and the Metaburn they reccommend to go along with this product. I received one bottle of Cellean and the next thing I know they charged my credit card twice for almost $100.00 even before I had received my next bottle. Unfortunately their website does not have the disclaimer advising you that if you do not stop the orders they will continue to charge you. THIS IS FRAUD.
As for trying to get a hold of someone in customer service at this Cellean company, good luck. They make it impossible to get through to them so they can continue to rip people off.
I disputed one of the charges through my credit card company and they sent me a package of "legal paperwork" supporting Cellean's ability to keep charging customers unless they are notified to stop the orders. This is BS. Why was this not available on the website? Too many online companies are getting away with this type of FRAUD so needless to say I have learned my lesson the hard way and will not be placing any more orders of this type through websites. One last note, I must say that the Metaburn people were quick to resolve my dispute with them directly and I did get my entire credit card charge reversed (except for the S & H fee) and in return I have 2 bottles of capsules which I will be using.

We ordered both the Coleanse and Cellan having gone through a website for, as we remember, a television channel or similar. The write up said there was no hidden anything and it was all above board. When we ordered the products at no time did we find any information that it was a trial and we needed to contact them to cancel our subscription. When I received the order details for Cellan via email there was no notification that this was a trial and I needed to call them to cancel any further shipments. There was no paperwork with the supplements that gave that information. I am appalled that we have now been charged an extra £168.94 each for these tablets. I called the 0800 046 1784 number and have been assured that if I return the bottles then I will get a refund and will not be charged again. We shall see.

Damn I have also been scammed, it sais its a free trial, so pissed off and this just proves why internet shopping is not safe!
