This company is a big scam they advertise assistance with loan modification. I was a victim of this scam losing almost $7,000. I first went to Orlando to meet a lady called Janet Pena who was a representative to this company. Due to my desperation on not losing my house i went ahead and gave all my tax return putting my trust and being the last resource giving them $3,400 up front then 500.00 a month. Time went by nothing was done, no phone calls or followup, when i try to call all you get was the answering service taking your name and number and wait for a return call which means you never spoke with a lawyer, if you needed immediate attend you will not get a hold of no one. The only time i got a quick return call was when I first call them to find about out their service... Now I am still in a foreclosure schedule for court next month with no representative i am very upset with this company if i would have research first and would have avoid all this lost of money and time. Which now i am going to need it for a rental house.. If they is any other victims out there we need to get together and get our money back.. This is no joke our hard worked money giving it to bunch of thief but i hope one day they get what is coming to them..

i also went recently to the miami lakes office and i asked precisely to speak to an attorney to get my loan modification reviewed and to have a second opinion and instead had me speak to a money hungry assistant telling me that i had to pay to get my proposed loan modification reviewed. so then i told him to review my foreclosure file because i figured it would fall within the free consultation parameters and he said no because i had another attorney which i wasn't happy with handling my case and when i told him i wanted to replace my attorney for them he said i still had to pay, therefore loosing a potential customer. he was a rude venezuelan by the name of henry pupo. as i was walking out of the office i said to the receptionist didn't i asked you for me to speak to an attorney and she said oh i'll get you one now and i said all you saw was a walking dollar sign which just slipped out of your hands. they are money hungry selfish pigs just like most of miami especially hialeah

lol.. I used to work for these jerk-offs and yes, unfortunately they do not know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is, that's why I'm no longer there. They have a lot to learn, but I can assure you that they are not SCAMMING anyone either. They suck at getting back to their customers at a reasonable time because like any other business in the world, they want to give as much work for as little money as possible to their employees, making it extremely difficult for the case managers to call back their clients due to excess work. Instead of hiring a bigger, more competent staff, they choose to let go of the HONEST employees for the CHEAPER ones. It will cost them. It already has. The reputation of a company is very important for its success, but because their reputation is so damaged (their fault), who knows how far they'll get. As for mentioning Janet Pena or any other employee of the firm, that is not right. The company is the one at fault for not providing the customer service the customers need and deserve. The customer service they are PAYING for. The employees do as they are told and it is not fair to bad-mouth an individual when the company is to blame.
On the other hand, if you are lucky enough to get a case manager to return your call within the 48 hrs they promise, you'll see they actually are working on your case.
Every company has its good and its bad. This company just lacks communication because they are too busy marketing themselves to new customers instead of keeping the ones they already have, satisfied.
If you stay on top of your case manager and follow up with emails instead of phone calls, you'll see a more successful outcome.

SHAME ON JANET PENA! We must hold the 'person' responsible these days. When JANET PENA takes a "job"at a "company'", where the only way to make commissions is to lie & scam people plain & simple, she can't just say, "company policy" and get away with it. When this happens the company throws the employee under the bus anyway and says..."we're not responsible for employee lies". This leaves YOU saying..."What just happened? Why do I freel like I just been robbed?" BECAUSE YOU HAVE! If people took their ethics to work with them... the scam companies would have no employees. SIMPLE!
"Shame on JANET PENA! SCREAM IT OUT LOUD!
