Advasnced Transmssion & Emissions Greg Kaiser Greg Kaiser threatened me with physical violence/punched me in the face knocking into traffic on Bell Rd

After being assured personally by owner Greg Kaiser that there would be no towing fee I had my car towed to Advanced Transmisssions & Emissions at 29th St & Bell Rd Phoenix. Beside his personal assurance over the phone and his web site which clearly states: "FREE TOWING" within a 5 mile radius. The distance the car was towed was exactly 2.3 miles. Greg insisted on charging a towing fee.. We argued over the phone. Greg said you will pay me or I will keep the car. I went to pick up the car with my 18 year old son. I told Greg that I didn't like being cheated. Then the 6'2" 240 lb man flew into a rage. He Screamed in my face as loud as he could" fuck you " about 14 times, over & over. While he was screaming at me, his face was no more than 6" from my face. He kept lunging his face forward at me in a head butt fashion. I paid the money that I Didn't owe & left. My son & I brought the vehicle home. I went to an office supply, bought sign making material and created a sign to picket Greg's business with. I began picketing Advanced Transmissions with a sign that reads " Get Screwed Here, I Did " Within a day Greg got a court order that he thought would prevent me from exercising my Constitutional right to free speech, expression, & assembly (picketing). The first injunction failed to remove me and my sign from his sidewalks. 6'2" 240 lb "Bullly-Coward" Greg decided he would leave the confines of his office; walk to the street; stand to the side of me and punch me in the face as hard as he could. Sucker Punch! By the way I am 66 years, old 5'8", and weigh 155 lbs. He knocked me off the corner into a busy 3 lane street. Luckily the traffic light had turned red as I fell in front of a small red vehicle. The police came but said there were no witnesses and Greg the Bully told the police the little old me had attacked him. Greg is not only a thief but he is a liar. Suprise suprise. Has Greg taken advantage of you?? Want to picket with me? He took advantage of me then punched me in the face. He is a bully and a coward. I picket at 29th St. & Bell Rd. Phoenix.
