I leased a copier from this company a few months ago and they never paid my buyout and thier service is horrible. They promise a 2 hour responce but when we called after the "new" copier was installed they cam out five days later and said that they were busy. The copier was in reality a used older copier and they said that they would replce it with a new one and they never did. They have still not paid my buyout in full and now I am behind on my payments. From what I have heard all of the people over there are from a company called United Office Products and that company went out of business and all of their people went to this company. The owner is really Moody Mohammed Hamdan he goes by the alias Moody for whatever reason mabey to hide the fact that he is scamming people on thier copeirs. I will be taking futher action against them leagaly whcih will cost me ven more money in the meantime I am stuck with a copier that does not work, a buyout on my old copier that was never paid and they promised all of these free itmes like and ipad and television and I have never recieved that either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!! They will steal your hard earned money and they also post fake reveiws all dated Feb/25TH ON THE MERCHANT CIRCLE.
I have never in my life on any business contract been mislead so much all they do is promise the world and they never deliever. I also had to buy my own toner becuase they were "out of stock" BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
