The buyer responded to my eBay ad and contacted me via email. His eBay username is ajlesn626. The contact number that Ebay sent to me on what this user had on file was (626)351-4725. After looking into this number is was attached to another UPS store located at 3579 E Foothill Blvd , . When I called this number it sounded like a fax machine. We send emails to one another with his email address I also talked over the phone with him using the cell phone number (415)691-0654 T-Mobile. On Dec 28, 2010 I gave him my Wellsfargo checking account number. That day he transferred a money order/wire transfer coming from community bank Business banking center, FDIC Pasadena, Ca 91103-3839 in the amount of $5200.00 USD. The watches value is around $6700 USD. The checks routing and account number on the check are 053222 122203471 69000079851823. The check number was 079851823. Seq number 3330992485. After the check had been deposited into my account, I proceeded to get the watch ready for shipment. The buyer contacted me and stated that he would pay for shipping cost via his UPS.com account. He walked me though on how to log into his account using his username and password. Username ajlesninc and password husbandw4 (first letter may be capitalized). He had already created a shipping label with the address of 1728 Ocean Avenue San Francisco, CA 94112. This location is a UPS store. He would pick up the package from this location. I shipped the package from my local UPS store located at:

PICKUP SCAN US 12/02/2010 4:32 P.M. BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED I put the watch in a small cardboard box approximately 7x7x5. The package was shipped on December 2, 2010 around 1430. The packages destination was to 1728 Ocean Avenue San Francisco, CA 94112 on December 4, 2010. There was an error on where the package needed to go and for some reason the package was placed on a delivery truck. During this time the buyer called the UPS store and was pretending to be me and yelling at the clerk (Chris Ruane) (Edgar Gamez is the store assistant manager and he saw the buyer and now knows the situation). The buyer then called Chris and told him to log into the buyers account and create another shipping label. Chris proceeded print out the shipping label and sent it overnight to the new location which was another UPS store in San Francisco (Address and tracking number are listed below). The buyer came in to both locations to pick up the watch first at 1728 Ocean Avenue San Francisco, CA 94112 on December 4, 2010 and then went to 1819 POLK ST SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109 on December 6, 2010. He was able to pick up the watch from this location and showed ID to receive the package. Both locations have eyewitnesses and video footage of the buyer in the store. The buyer has contacted me many times since the transaction. I haven't told him that I know about the fraud, because I'm hoping since he wants another watch we could get him back into the store. He has contacted me by phone once on December 4, 2010 and also on December 7, 2010. At that time I was unaware of his counter fit money/check. I contacted my bank on December 7, 2010 to see why I had no funds in my account and that's when they told me the buyers check was counter fit. Information below is the second UPS store the buyer visited and picked up the package from with the tracking number. 1819 POLK ST SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109 BETWEEN JACKSON AND WASHINGTON Phone: (415)441-4954 Fax: (415)441-3730 Email: UPS.com Tracking number: 1zy819104793965116 Location Date Local Time Description SAN FRANCISCO, CA, US 12/04/2010 10:30 A.M.
