Adapt Linguistic Services
Adapt Linguistic Services Juliette Dinh, Jerome Ferreira Do not believe in this company!!! Internet
26th of Apr, 2011 by User555550
Juliette Dinh from Adapt Linguistic Services contacted me with request of translation into my natve language. During the project time contacted me several times with her urgent requests. The deadline for payment of my invoice was 1st of April but untill now the invoice is not paid. Neither she nor her accountant - Jerome Ferreira reply my emails. I do not advice you to work this company as at the end you will get a big trouble with payment. The website does not exist, phone number does not work properly. Completely fake company and unreliable people... Please be carefull and do not let yourself be fooled by them. Sevinj

This company is reliable!!!
I wasn't paid only once because my translation wasn't good that time and has been refused by Fox company. It was written on the contract i had signed.
I still work with that company in several projects and they are really honnest.

Adapt Language Services is a fraudulent company that cheats translators. Juliette Dinh’s chicanery goes as follows: offer a translation job; when completed, accuse the translator of substandard work and don’t pay. If pressured, offer 50%.
I am certified, have translated and proofread for 20 years. When I saw the “proofread” copy of my work, my jaw dropped—it was all red. I soon realized it was 99% fake: 1% of reasonable remarks (by a proofreader?) and 99% of fabricated ones (by Juliette Dinh?). Some remarks were grammatically wrong, others awkward substitutes of synonyms. To justify her claim that my work was bad, Dinh sent me “the proofreader’s comments.” They were fake, too, having nothing to do with me. One said there were many misspelled words; yet the lakes of red ink in my “proofread” copy had not a single correction of a misspelled word. Dinh simply pasted comments from another project. She did a sloppy job, though. To illustrate her incompetence, Dinh did another sloppy job at the Better Business Bureau site. Responding to my complaint there, she pasted her earlier response to another translator’s complaint. Poor thing, she didn’t notice she was responding to a man calling him “she” and “her.” The ass’s ears stick out yet again. Translators, BEWARE.
