ACT
ACT, SET Disingenuous recruiting practices under false pretenses Colorado
17th of Nov, 2010 by User102301
As part of ACT recruiting process BE ADVISED they require you to take a lengthy and time consuming test (218 questions) under the pretenses of a that "this is a certification exam that they use to make sure the candidates they consider for the position have a good understanding of their services and process." They sell retained services so guess what, by the end of the lengthy and time consuming test you know everything they do and how they do it. They have wonderful service. BE ADVISED I was informed (after I took the test...?!) that their orientation classes only support 10-12. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see what is going on with the recruiting practices. If you have the time and patience to deal with this type of disingenuous recruiting practice good for you. If not HEADS UP!
