Access Fleet Inc. / Jared Hackler Merchants beware of Access Fleets deceptive

Merchants in the Auto Repair Industry please beware of Access Fleet Inc. which is a credit card processing company disguised as a fleet referral company. The process starts with a telemarketer calling on the auto repair industry saying that they have fleet business to refer and want to send an account rep by to check out the facility. The account rep gives a pitch book presentation and tells the merchant that he represents Wright Express and the Voyager Networks (two of the largest fleet networks in the industry) This is a blatant lie Access Fleet has no association at all with these networks. He goes on to tell the merchant that they have an abundance of fleet vehicles that are looking to be serviced and they can sign them upo to be an authorized dealer and begin working on these fleets immediately. They tell the merchant that there is a cost of $79.00 a month for 48 months to become an authorized dealer and they have to switch there current processing to process with Access Fleet because their current processor can not process the fleet cards...another complete lie any processing company can sign the merchant up with Wright Express and Voyager. In addition to this the merchant finds out several weeks later that the $79.00 is actually a lease for new processing equipment. They use very deceptive bait and switch tactics which are illegal but the real problem is the merchant never receives any fleet business as promised. You can find this out by going to their website at www.accessfleet.com and calling on their "partners" and you will find that there is not one company that ever received any business from Access Fleet. So the end result is the merchant feels deceived becuase he was lied to and wants to cancel but finds that the cant because they are tied to a 4 year lease on the equipment. My suggestion is do your homework by asking for referrals and call them you will find that there is not one that has ever received any work. Access Fleet inc. does this on a nationwide basis through a network of independent sales reps until the burn out an area, and then move on. I Also found to no surprise that the Pricipal Jared Hackler has a checkered past. He is a registered sex offender in Nevada and has been convicted of fraud and served jail time in the state of California. Merchant Beware!
