On November 15, 2010, I returned the vehicle to the Dealership. Joe Carino, the moron I bought the car from, asked me if I wanted to put a stop payment on the check. I said no just let it clear and then you can issue me a refund check for the $800. I didn't want to incur a Stop Payment fee, and he would have incurred a returned check fee, so I was trying to save the both of us. He said ok.

On November 17th, 2010, the check cleared. I waited a few days for the refund check but it didn't come. I called Joe Carino back, and he said he didn't have the money because he spent it. He told me he was waiting for a big sale to come in (good luck with that). I called back repeatedly and got the same bullshit stories. I finally filed a lawsuit against the company, and am awaiting trial on the 19th.

NEVER BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS DUMP OF A COMPANY!!! I am reaching out to the local government as well as the State Licensing Committee to have their license to sell vehicles revoked. Please email this company and let them know how you feel about what they did.
