AC & Associates Julie Cooper company fraud and mislead to scamming me out of my money $870 dollars, Internet

i was looking to acquire a 10,000 loan from ac & associates...........julie cooper was handling my file so i verbal agreed to the terms and repayment of the loan and i had to pay 700 for 4 months in advance but i didnt have the whole 700 so i gave up 600 towards that and she promised that i would get my loan within 1-2 hours in my bank account. when i checked my account the next day i didnt see anything so i asked her bout it and she said sumthin bout the lenders checked my credit again and that they want me to pay additional funds towards my loan which was 500 dollars. I told ms. cooper that i wasnt able to pay it cuz im living off paycheck by paycheck so she claim that she spoke to the lenders and they drop the price from 500 to 270 and i agreed to pay the 270 for the simple fact that she promised that once i make the payment that i would receive my loan so i went and sent the payment on Wednesday October 19th. since i made the payment, she havent returned my calls and i was calling her wondering where my loan was and i had to constantly call to check and see if everything was goin okay and she kept telling me that im goin to get it dont worry so i believed her till monday morning i realized that the money still didnt make it to my account so i called at 1115am and i asked them whats the hold up and they telling me that i gotta pay 400 more dollars and that they tried to pay the lenders 400 dollars for me and they declined it because they want the 400 to come from me and not the company so i told her that im not paying so i want my money back and when i did ask for it back they telling me that their refund policy is 35 business days i gotta wait till i get my money back. i feel like i shouldnt have to wait that long for my money if i sent it to yall less than a week.
