I found an advertisment on line, for this organization About the children wishing to help grandparents to get their rights to the grandchildren enforced.I contacted them ,they telephoned me ,very nice sounding.told me they would have no problems getting me what i was needing- visitation. After I agreed to proceed I find not only would I have to pay them $98.00 dollars to become a friend. but it could cost up to 999.00 dollars as time went on. Today I found not only did they go into my bank account one time with my permission, for the 98.00dollars but they went back in again for a monthly fee of 24.99 dollars. I never have spoken to anyone there since October 2010 until today, I left a message cause an answering machine told me so. I told them I no longer need their services and to Stay out of my bank account.None of these charges were told to me in the beginning , nor did they tell me they were not attorneys. Their representative named Hayden, stated as time went on I would be connected to an attorney in my area. At first I did not know they were out of California until I looked it up in the telephone services. They gave no address of their operation on line. I tried to email a complaint to the BBB it wouldn't go thru. There was a paper sent by email that I couldn't get done because of computer problems . Integrity doesn't seem important except to me.

How many other complaints has this company receievd? I ask because they were upfront about the 98. to 980. charge, billable to a pre-paid bank card if I so elected @25.00 a month not to exeed 980.00. I want to know who has actualy followed all the way through start to finish and what was their final income. From what I'm reading here this person making this dismal review not only failed to follow through, but filed on behalf of a third party. Its seems like a very malicious complaint with no real backing. And why not jump on someone elses computer to file your "report" if you are so animate about destroying somebodys reputation. This seems ignorant and mean. Wheres the meat? I talked to a gentleman name Charles who made it more than clear to me he was out of California even pointing out the time zone. And he didn't portray himself as an attourney either, quite the opposite quoting what an attourneys fees would be in a case such as I presented. I could feel a little pressure to commit, but thats bussiness baby, whens the last time anyone bought anything of value? I doubt at the reasonable appearing fees charged one could expect to absorb all of their representatives time without commiting. So where's the meat? This is the only complaint Ive found and so far I'd say they have been on the up and up. Sounds like a personal vendetta to me. My names Clint, I live in San Antonio Texas. Im a real person. This organization could help me, and many others like me. And being a man of faith I sure hope that this dismal review hasn't robbed good people or hurt a valid, decent, respectable organization. If one claimed to have integrity I would think they would have followed up with the BBB. Their are people of meager means(like me) who could benifit from such a program were it just as it claims to be. So my question to inspector Clusoe is where are the other complaints friendo? |
