I am returning 2 pairs of UGG boots, ordered on 11/29/10 and received on 12/22/10. The boots took very long to receive, so I had to buy REAL UGGS in case they didn't get here in time since these are a Christmas gift. When I finally received the 5thstreetoutlet UGGS and put the REAL ones next to these that claim to be real, the difference is unbelievable. Online boots are very poorly made, the seams are crooked, the fur is coming out through the seams and the glue is all over the rubber soles. I wouldn't pay $20 for these, let alone $109.00.

Originally, the website said that if there was a return or refund, to email them with reason for return and they would provided a RMA# so no shipping charge would incur. Now, website states that we have to send back (to Singapore) through an international carrier with insurance, and we will be charged an additional $20 per boot order returned.

Do not buy from them!!!

We are not returning the boots but instead will donate them to a charitable group for women who could use them. Shipping back would cost ~ $65 and then $40 for returned boot fee...UGH!!
