I, in good faith bought reverse mortgage leads from this company on 10/24/2011. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get leads coming in. After 4 weeks I called and e-mailed and it took 3 days for someone to respond. They sent me 10 out of the 20 leads that I purchased. The leads that they sent were 3 years old. After 7 e-mails and many phone calls and 1 week later I gat a phone call from Tim Martin who said "Sorry sent the wrong leads. Will get you the right leads tomorrow." Another week of calling and e-mailing they e-mail me and said" We are sending out a new mail drop for you and you will get leads in 7 days. 7 days later no leads and no return phne calls and on reply on e-mails. They are a scam company with many lies and excuses. Do Not do business with thes people. They do not intend to give you your leads or refund your money.

Just a quick note to let you know how serious I am about going forward with this. After researching, I now know that I can contact the Federal Trade Commission and get results. If I have not received leads by next Monday or a refund, I will be contacting them. As you have had several complaints before, I feel confident that they would love to hear from me.
Please respond with the actual date that you mailed out for my campaign. As you know, it has been a couple of months past the time that you were suppose to do this.

See converation below with 4RM LEADS. Failure to honor aggreement. Order leads in November. It took almost 5 month for them to get me my ordered leads. They aggreed to provide a minimum of 35 leads. Told me most likely would receive 50 plus leads. I GOT 9 only 6 of which had phone numbers. Totaly taken advantage of see below for details. His employe even threatened to not give me any leads when I complained time and time again. I quote him "Want leads or be like my x-wife? haha" Real classy.
Sorry please show me where the guarantee is printed ?are you saying you want the 9 leads for free? You know that isn’t going to happen

We can guarantee you 35 leads if you do the 1254 records. We can also do the price of 390.00 per thousand if you pay by check. If you pay by credit card we are charged fees and the price would be 420.00 per thousand.
