| I played on bingohall.com about 2 years ago. I deposited once, and I won a 20 grand jackpot. After 2 years of trying to receive my money, they paid me a couple hundred dollards and then stopped. When I questioned them, they came up with an excuse 6 months later that my signature on my license and the signature on other documentation did not match up. They then proceeded to shut down my account saying they could not verify who I was. This is crazy. They would not have shut down my account if I had not won so much money. Bingohall.com is a complete fraud and no one should play on their site. Their customer service is horrible and they will do ANYTHING in the world not to pay you. Do not play! They will let you play until you win a large amount, then they will shut down your account. |

Hi my name is Heylee Rodriguez and I usually play bingo every day of the week. But I notice there was some weird activity happening in this bingo hall. for example... The wife of the gentlemen that runs the bingo hall always wins this one specific game called the hi ho silver horse race game. I started watching closely and one day September 15th 2015 to be exact I was playing bingo minding my own business and we started playing that game. I had two horse the numbers were 9-10 and my horse was set to win I was missing I-24 the horse 13 was missing G-58 the next ball to be called was an I after that was a G so I was excited to see if it was I-24 when the caller switches the ball and calls the G first and his wife wins the horse race I said that can't be the next ball was an I. The game was still playing and someone come up to me and says did you see him he switched the ball? I said no I didn't see but I knew the next ball was suppose to be an I guess what ball was the next ball after the winning ball which was G-58 It was my ball I-24. Then and there I knew they were cheating. And I'm not the only one that thinks they cheat everyone in the bingo hall says the same thing. So I'm pretty sure we can't all be wrong and there right. That means that lady has "lots of luck"
I want someone to look in to this. It's upsetting that all my hard earned money gets cheated into someone's pocket. I spend a least $100 every time I go there. I'm pretty sure there cheating. They're all relatives that volunteer in that bingo hall. father doesnt do any thing about. He turns his eye on all of this. What should I do? I wish I can make a letter and have everyone that goes to the bingo hall sign it so that you can see everyone knows they cheat. Everyone calls it a click. I hope someone can help me. They told my friend if she called the state were not allowed there anymore. I got kicked out for standing up for my self. How can I go about this or who can I talk to about this?
