I ordered some custom LED t-shirts from this company. They were misleading during the purchase process, and did not make me aware of the materials they used to produce the shirts I was buying. Not only were the materials not mentioned anywhere to let me know what I was buying, but the quality of those materials was very poor. When I was looking to get a custom LED shirt with my logo design I looked at the quality of the shirts I have seen in the market. The LED panel was always a soft panel that was stitched onto the shirt. This would give a feeling of comfort and support, especially for females that would wear the shirt. The LED panel was flexible and would contour to the body of the person wearing the shirt. When I contacted this company to make my shirts, I expected the same quality. After paying for a design fee and half of the order cost up front, I ended up in a back and forth email game with the supplier/manufacturer in CHINA. About 3 weeks into the process, after we had agreed on the design and I gave the green light to start production, I told the manufacture in CHINA to send me some images of the product and a video so I can see the lighting effects. Once I saw the pictures, I realized that the soft LED panel I was expecting to be stitched onto the shirt was not there. Instead, they had an LED panel that could be separated from the shirt, and was attached by velcro. On top of that, the lighting effect we had agreed on was incorrect on the shirt. After much deliberation, a redesigned lighting effect, and a personal guarantee from the manufacturer of my satisfaction, we finalized the order and the shipment was made. Upon receiving the order I was very unsatisfied. Unsatisfied for the quality of the LED panel, unsatisfied for the feeling/comfort of the shirt. It turns out that this LED panel is made from a hard plastic that is attached to the shirt by velcro. I wanted to test the contour of the hard plastic, so I had my girlfriend put hers on and her chest made this hard plastic box pop out and look very ugly. There was also a very visible line on my logo whenever the LED's light up. The sequence was not what we agreed on, instead it was backwards. There were bubbles in between the front and the back of this uncomfortable hard LED panel, and some of the panels were bent during shipment. All in all, out of the 50 shirts that I ordered, only 10 had the correct sequence. As soon as I saw these issues, I called the Los Angeles based number I had for this company, and I explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone. He basically told me that his company does not have the good quality soft LED panels, and that none of his other customers have ever complained. He said that they offer no refunds and told me to send him one shirt to Los Angeles so he can assess the quality and send me another hard plastic LED panel if there is a problem on their part on the design and lighting sequence. They did not attempt to rectify the situation. Instead, he offered me the same garbage quality with a redesign, but still same quality hard plastic LED panel, not stitched but attached with velcro. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET SOME CUSTOM LED T-SHIRTS DO NOT GET IT FROM THESE GUYS. THEY CALL THEMSELVES 4LESSLED, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE. YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, LESS QUALITY, LESS SATISFACTION, FOR ABOUT $1 LESS PER SHIRT THAN THEIR BETTER QUALITY COMPETITORS OFFER. PLEASE SHOP WISELY.
