Failure to honor contract and provide leads or refund

Novemeber 2011 contacted and contracted with 4 RM LEADS to provide direct mailing campaign for Turning 65 Leads. After a littany of excuses and failed promises about 50 phone calls and as many emails. I finally received some leads in February and beginning of March. I was guaranteed a minimum of 35 leads. I was told I should receive closer to 50-70. I received 9 of which 3 didnt have phone numbers. I asked for my refund and was told "that was not going to happen" by the owner of the company. So I will voice my word on complaints boards like this in hopes the same thing does not happen to other hard working people like my self.

below is a copy of my aggreement with them.

I have received 9 leads out of a guaranteed minimum of 35 leads with this order. I purchased these leads from your organization in OCTOBER. I have been through a roller coaster or a ride and have yet to receive the 35 promised leads. Please refund my payment asap. check can be mailed to the address below.

Ryan,

We can guarantee you 35 leads if you do the 1254 records. We can also do the price of 390.00 per thousand if you pay by check. If you pay by credit card we are charged fees and the price would be 420.00 per thousand.

If that works let me know and we can send out an invoice to you.
