4D trucking, the poster child of CVSA 2010, and why such laws are necessary. John Dillon, a drunk, alcoholic bully, who threatens, intimadates, cohurses, and bribes shippers, drivers, and law enforcement offers to allow his illegal activities to go UN-noticed, and UN-punished.

His office staff is his old High school chum's that look the other way when violations are reported, and committed. Yet, these "soccer mom's" value their jobs, over the safety of the employees. His Drivers, bottom of the barrel loosers, that no body will hire, but John Dillon will, because he knows they need to support their familys, and John Dillon will extort every imaginable, illegal, immoral opportunity from his drivers, and hire his attorney to support his criminal venture. If you deal with John Dillon, and 4D trucking, your scum, and you deserve the outcome that the Federal Government will issue to you for involvement with this "pimp" operation.
