29 Prime is a scam company. They solicited me through their press 1 marketing system that claims they are Google calling to update my listing on the internet. I'm surprised Google hasn't gotten word of this and ripped apart this amateur company with an aggressive lawsuit. Anyway I decided to give 29 Prime a chance to earn my business. Come to find out, they have done nothing for me except charging my debit card in excess of $645.00 after I called them to inform them I am canceling services after seeing nothing done. I have received my money back after doing a charge back with my bank. This was not only a hassle for me but also disappointing that a company feels they can get away with scamming small business owners. After doing some research on these guys, it becomes apparent why they charged my bank account unauthorized. Owners name is Russell Wallace. He has a reputation of opening up boiler rooms with a company name while selling the same services. It shows that he has had 4 name changes in the past 3 years while operating as fly-by-night with closing operations and not paying employees. He then sets up in the next city with his new name. So far he has operated Reliable Listing, ilocal sem, your local merchant, and now 29prime. Believe me, authorities are on to this scam artist and it wont be long before his time is up. Buyer Beware and contact your state attorney general to report these guys!! There phone number is 949-777-6616. If you have information regarding this company or Russell Wallace, please contact attorney Michael B. Stone at (310) 776-7500...This has been posted on a local directory site re: 29 prime and Russell Wallace. |

BEWARE "29prime" is also "29maps". Same thing happened to me. Google rep contacted me, only to find out later in the conversation that he wasn't with google. Oh, who are you with? "29maps". He sent me an email confirming his legitimate business and after confirming no bad reviews on "29maps", I went through with the sale. The receipt showed "29prime". I did a check on 29prime and realized he scammed me. I see how he works, He resold me my free "google places" website that takes my customers to his website with a small link to my business. I didn't like this at all, and I called him back "to ask a question" (he filters his phone calls through voice mail). To make a long story short, he refused to refund my money, and hung up on me. |

This company also contacted my small business. They are acting as 29maps, calling by the (possibly computer generated) phone number of 205) 917-5534 and 760) 855-9814. IThese were not numbers I could get a responses from. Thank you for the heads up. |
