24 Carrots Paid for a service that I did not get on my wedding day! Irvine, California

I had used 24 Carrots for many services for my wedding back in May 2010 at the Franciscan Gardens. One of their services that I had paid for was a uniformed security guard, to make sure all went smoothly during the day of the wedding. To my surprise there were people allowed in that were not invited, sparklers lite inside the venue, guest smoking and drinking were they were not suppose to and many additional things a security guard would have came in handy. After the wedding and discovering all this, I contacted them to say that the security guard was not present and I would like to be reimbursed the $300 fee. They had denied my request, then going through my bank to try and get the funds back. 24 Carrots had no evidence of there being a security guard there and ignored the banks request to reimburse the money. It has been longer than 120 days( statue of limitations for the bank) so there is nothing else the bank can do. 24 Carrots will not give back the $300, so I'm forced to report them on many wedding websites. Warning all Brides to beware. I would not use 24 Carrots services ever again for their lack of professionalism & trust. They try to be a good wedding service but they are a scam and do not come through with what they promise or with what the contract signed by both parties state. As you would like to remember your wedding day as the best day of your life, please do not use 24 Carrots or you will be disappointed and ripped off!
