1Minime Unitune Concepts Kept my money, but never delivered overpriced bobblehead Internet

No bobblehead from them, but 1Minime has had my money for over 3 months and counting. Back in March I ordered 1 bobblehead from 1minime (parent company Unitune Concepts) after purchasing 2 Groupons. After realizing how many extra charges and the extemely high shipping on my order I complained to Groupon and asked for a refund for my second groupon. Groupon ended up refunding me for both. Nice, or so I thought... It took about 1 month for 1minime to first notify me for the first verification (after many emails asking for status). I then spent many frustrating weeks back and forth (messages with minimal character limits and extremely slow response times) because the dolls looked NOTHING like the photos. They tried to charge me extra to allow me to make more comments, but I refused. Then, they got word that Groupon had refunded me (the amount I paid for the groupons only) and they decided to cancel my order entirely and keep the $122.20 that I paid directly to them. After weeks of emails from myself and Groupon, they finally offered to either refund JUST MY SHIPPING COSTS and cancel my order or they would reinstate my order. I asked them to continue to make the bobblehead I paid for as I wanted it for my wedding and especially if they would not refund all of my money. It's again been weeks and I still have not been asked to verify the doll. They barely repsond to emails and there is no other way to contact them. There is no chance I will have this for my wedding now and I wonder If I will ever receive it. 1MiniMe is a horrible company that seems to just try and scam people's money and not deliver the product they promise.
