| i used 123layaway.com to start to purchase a camera. i made one payment and they were very difficult to work with. I did not make another payment and attempted many times via email and phone to cancel. I was never refunded my 135 bucks and now the website is down too. |

Hello My name is Stacy Perry I use to own 123 layaway and it is a great concept. Online layaway store for all major retailers. This is not a scam. Company went out of business because customer like the one above. Did credit card or debit card fraud. We would refund there money and then they go back to there bank and dispute the charge. and get another refund and then cancel there accounts and then the banks can't there money back to put our good customers money in our account. Its the oldest Trick in the book. I tell you another thing customers did they picked there products up at local warehouse and then said they never got it. Or they get there product from ups or fedex and the tracking number would say left on front porch. Then say someone took it off there front porch. You know the worst thing about having your own business and a great concept. When a customer doesnt get what they want they get try to ruin it for everyone. I do own layaway express I will build this company as great as 123 layaway was. Just remember when you post something on here and its not true and it ruins a company or damages you are liable in a court of law and I will hold people liable for making untrue statements. This websit does trace your computers address and when you registar you must leave your information. No wonder walmart did away with there layaway system because customer like the one above.
We have got really strick on customers.
1. No more credit cards or debit cards or electronic checks
2. checks or money only that way you can trace it and we can to
3. no more local warehouse pickup
4. ups or fedex or usps drop off only you have to wait until the tracer is back to get a refund if the tracer comes back that you got your package well you better have proof that you didnt

| I just found this site 3 months ago called layaway express and I was scared about using it because never heard of the before. But talked to several people at customer service and they were so friendly. I decided to order a powerwheel cop charger and now I can't wait for my son to open his gift. I just got the powerwheel yesterday and it is awesome and very quick shipping. The item is brand new still in the box. layaway express I will order from you again. I did have to call customer service to understand how to buy something thats not on the site but they added the products while I was on the phone and walked me through the process. I dont care what others say. I think it depends on the attitude of the customer if they will have a good experience and not everyone will but I did and thank you and ill use your service again and anyone feels the same I advise you to write about your good experience |

| I found this website when I googled layaway express and I was surprised. I have been using this service since 1998 and all my packages have been on time. I put this hp computer in the layaway and paid it off and when I got it the computer did not work. I called the customer service number up and asked how I returned it and they sent me a label so shipping it back didn't cost anything. and then the store didnt have another one so customer service called and told me and offer to upgrade me to the newer model for no additional charge. I got a 799.99 laptop for only 499.99 thats a great deal. So I am so glad there is a service out there willing to give layaway to me. I hope other customers tell good storys about there good service to. Because one bad apple can really hurt a company reputation. I will keep using the service to. |

| I too was ripped off by 123 layaway and Stacy Perry. I went through the Cincinati BBB and Mr. Perry and I agreed that I show proof of my payments to him which I did, I had copies of all of my money orders and the invoices that he emailed to me every two weeks. He said that he wanted to run a tracer on my money orders and he would refund my money or give me a copy of the tracer report by december 1, 2011 (neither was done). There are many more people that were misled by this company, do not fall for this scam!!! |
