I ordered some flowers to be delivered the second day by 1-800-Flowers. I paid close to $30 for shipping. They did not ship the order at all and they charged me total amount plus shipping. I contacted them about this issue. They lied about it all the times. They told me they would refund me and ship the order on the following Monday. However, I did not get the refund and also the order was not shipped. Sincerely, Caryn Husk Sales and Service Specialist After I told them this Caryn is full of it and she is just a liar who did not do what she promised, they sent me an email letting me know they will refund me in 30 days and they would not ship the order at all. This company is a scam. I regret that I have been using them for years. Why does it take them 30 days to refund me? If I buy something from them, would they allow me to pay them after 30 days? Also, the order is for a sick friend. If the Caryn did not lie, I would have sent something to my friend.
