ZoomPanel ZoomRewards Robbed me of points earned & made lame attempt to 'fix' things - NOT San Francisco, California |

I'm yet another victim of this scam marketing firm. They send surveys to complete ... .sometimes VERY LENGTHY surveys. Points are 'rewarded'. Emails are received confirming the points rewarded. I finally think I have enough points to actually get something and find that I have ZERO points. I complained several times and received the following responses with results noted: 5/5/2011 - subject: TID 2667516 Re: Still missing lots and lots of points see case 00087675#00108516: Dear Panelist, Thank you for contacting ZoomPanel Member Support. We had an issue with points credit for some surveys. The issue has been fixed and the points will be credited to your account within 2 days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your continued participation. Sincerely, ZoomPanel Member Support >>>RESULT---- Lies. It's the 13th now and I have a whopping 150 points total. 5/4/2011 12:55pm - #TID 2667516 Re: Still missing lots and lots of points see case 00087675 Thank you for taking the time to contact ZoomRewards Customer Care Due to the subject of your inquiry, we suggest that you email ZoomPanel directly using the following address: The ZoomRewards Customer Care team is unable to provide a direct resolution for certain inquiries including: - Survey Questions and Comments - Point Award Discrepancies - Multiple or Missing ZoomRewards Account Issues - Login issues - Account Status - Opt out issues RESULT----- see above 5/5 reply. And just what DOES their Customer Care team do exactly other than run interference for people like me? 5/4/2011 12:31pm - subject: Re: login to see points - Case # 00087675 00100582 Dear Panelist, Thank you for contacting ZoomPanel Member Support. Dear ZoomPanel Member,
First, I want to apologize to you for the missed points when re-establishing your account. This was a mistake on our end. Second, I want to let you know all your points have been credited back to your account. I've emailed you with all the details, but wanted to get back to you here as well and let you know that it looks like your points had been expired because of almost 5 months of inactivity. It now looks like you are again taking surveys & earning points again. We hope you decide to remain a ZoomPanel member.
Regards,
Christina Parker
