zoom zoom driving school Its free Free its free all over there website but when it comes to requesting a refund its not Internet

when my daughter signed up for zoom zoom driving school on line it said all over there web site that the driving school is free. and with the purchase of their driving classes she would be given a certificate for the dmv and her classes would be started.
when my wife gave them a deposit of $105.00 to get things going and then went in a week later to request a refund because I had accepted a job transfer the lady at the front desk told her that she need to have back her certificate so that the owner could contact her back.
owner called her back and explained to her that there would be no refund because my daughter had taken the online course which btw says free. then he changed his story and told her that she had $5.00 coming back. and after a few more min he looked his wallet and decided to tell her to come back in the morning for her refund. he talked to her this evening and told her once again there was no refund.
now that you have all herd my story let me tell you my complaint number 1 the web site says all over it, it is free to take the course. number 2 they do nothing to help a consumer out the man on the phone is vary rude and does not care about there customers.
be careful when you go to there online course if yo should have a emergency or something come up they do not care about here customer satisfaction.
