April 4th ordered Donut machine, got it on the 16th. Was told it would be fully assembled and it would be ready 110 volt. When we recieved the machine, I had to take it to a Appliance store to look at it, it ended up costing me 300 more dollars to tell me that it was a pile of Shit..... All product DIDN'T work, all parts were sorry as hell. Vicky Dong, yeah I said VICKY DONG, is a liar, should have known with that name. She never fixes anything and is a dumbass. She didn't know where it was before it shipped. She said she was going to have 110Volt put on, and I waited an extra 5 days, and when I got it nothing was done. This has costed me $1300.00 USD. Don't buy anything from these crooks, they hate americans, and they really buy from other people. They don't have any of the products they claim to have. It's all just lies. Stay away from them!!!! They just want your money, I guesss they want the the Money Obama is not going to pay back so this is how they get it. Screw small people that are scraping money together to buy a pile of Shit, hoping that it would help feed there familly and help others in need. Stay away from them!!!!!
