I think that having made a really stupid mistake having being scammed by this man, I need to warn others before it happens to them. Being pretty hard up I saw cardinalpensionservices.net advert on the internet offering to cash in my pension, so I filled out the form on their website to make an inquiry, and what appeared to be a very nice Scottish man called
Stuart called me, strangely telling me that if I did cash in my pension I could
get into a lot of trouble with HMRC. He then went on to tell me that he would refer me to someone else, and I invested my pension with them it would make a lot more money and they could give me some cash as well. I was then called by a man called Richard from professionalpensionservices.co.uk who told me that if I was to move over to something called a SIPP I would be able to invest in land in the UK and they would give me a share of their commission to help me out of the financial problems I was having. He told me it was all protected by the financial services authority and that I was safe, and I subsequently decided to go ahead. It turns out that it was all a scam, 3 months later the refund still hasn't turned up and they just hang up when I try and call, the land I have bought is in Spain not the UK and
worthless... I have since found out via my own investigations that both cardinalpensionservices.net & professionalpensionservices.co.uk are both run by a scam artist called Zane Hegarty working out of an office in Alhaurin EL Grande, in Spain, apparently both the UK and Spanish authorities are looking for him, and he has been involved in various boiler room scams, and pension release scams for years. I now also know he has a few new websites up to scam people, mypensionmoney.co.uk, and www.releasemypension.net are his new scam websites. So please if you hear any of the above names please do not touch them with a very large bargepole, unless you want to lose everything and leave yourself with no future after retirement, the only thing that keeps me going is the nice lady from the FSA who is handling my case who assures me Zane Hegarty will be in prison before the year is finished.

Apparently Zane Hegarty has also been responsible for a number of timeshare scams run from multiple locations on the Costa Del Sol over the last 10 years, along with his close friend Tony Muldoon (now in prison) also running a number of fake 'escort' sites. Which is another scam popular among criminals on the Costa Del Sol which involves taking peoples credit card details in return for offering them 'escort services', then emptying their bank accounts...
I really do hope the authorities catch up with this sicko and lock him up. |

I'd like to point out that http://www.mypensionmoney.co.uk has no affiliation with any of the above websites. In fact, it is an independent website offering robust pension planning.

I'm eager to distance My Pension Money from these people you speak about, as soon as possible, hence my perhaps blunt initial reaction.
Having looked through some of the comments here in detail I now have a better understanding of the problems people have experience with Zane Hegarty and company. I'm very sorry to hear that people have suffered problems and would like to take the opportunity to explain more and answer your queries.
I'm aware of illegitimate schemes going on in Spain (and other places) and this type of pension planning is illegal. It is is not what My Pension Money do, offer or condone. We offer straightforward information to any clients interested in releasing their pension.
In answer to some of the points raised, please read on...
'Agivee' is a popular business website theme that is used as a basic starting point, edited and changed for various purposes. It seems to be coincidence that it has been used by one of these other sites. Perhaps we should change this if it will reflect badly on us because of its use elsewhere.
The address provided is correct for My Pension Money which is based in a shared office location.
There may have been some routine maintenance going on that could have caused the site to be unavailable recently. I wasn't aware of any problems, but it should be up and working now. Please bear in mind that this is a new venture and may undergo some teething problems.
As for the registrant details, I will look into this - although any one wishing to get in touch directly, can do so. The address provided can be used for contacting us, as can our support E-mail, [email protected].
