| I was called by an agent at YMS, a company contracted to dist. free gift cards. $8.95 from my bank and free gft card. NOT. I received a bill for 9 bucks on my bank crd, also told 24.95 wil be billed as well. Im pissed! bust these guys! |

| YMS persons contact the peoples and just tell that u can get $100 gift card and u have to pay $8.93 first and after that $24.95 evey month untill anybody call them to stop this service. Now what happened is that nobody is picking up the phone and nobody calling backing because i want to cancel this service and i donot want to give $24.95/month for this service. So i am really disappointed fron their service and donot want any gift card and any magazines from them and i donot like this service anymore. I call them about 10 times and nobody answer and i know these guys will charge $24.95 from my account and then they will call me back which i donot like. I am really worried about my money because these guys pissed me off. |

| Hey i am garry and same thing happened wat i told u guys that They first Charge $24.95 on my credit card and then they Call me Back. So i hate this thing thats y i donot trust on YMS |

| Wayne in CA. It sounded suspicious. After answering a few questions I refused to provide VISA card details until I could check out the details I was given. The agent immediately hung up on me. |

| I was stupid to do it and they charged me $8.25. Then I canceled the acount. Then they charged me $50! Insane. The people keep calling and asking, "This is a service call, have you recieved your gift card?" and of course I have not! |

| they called about 100 card plus 3 day 4 night get away plus 5 magazines of your chooce, but you had to pay 35.11 for shipping and handing.and she would not get it that i nor anyone else i know read those type of magazines. plus i looked them up while she was talking and found nothing, only stuff like this. |

| just today i received a call from a lady saying that she is from YMS Magazine, i was amazed she got all mi information, my full name and address, she offered me a gift card to choose from, and she confirm my information, she told me that i will only pay 5bucks for shipping of the said gift card, after we talked, she transferred our conversation to her supervisor, her supervisor assured me that they will send me 5 different kinds of magazines without any obligation, after her sweet talk, she was asking my VISA card number, thats what i am waiting for...confirmed! its a scam...when i told her i cant give her all my information specially my card number she hanged up the phone...u can tell its a scam because they are calling u from a crowded place...u can hear people talking... |

| They are scammer, I already reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. There's many more of them out there trying to get innocent people, make sure you report them to the authority and inform others about it like posting their information in different public forums or chat room. Don't fall into their trap of false promises or threats. Good luck |
