We ordered this for our 10 month old the guy on the phone told us that it was refurbished I told him that I told him we didnt want old used stuff that we would pass he said no we send new stuff its all cleaned up not to worry so we went ahead and agreed to get it he also told us shipping was free when we got our package it was not new it was very much used the erasable marker was nasty dirty never been clean I wouldnt let my daughter touch that the dvd's skipped the only thing that was new was the additional books they sent that we didnt even want oh and by the way we were charged an additional 39.99 that the guy that sold it to us told us we could try for free yet another lie well our daughter didnt rerspond to this program at all and believe me we tried it numerous times so we decided to go ahead and send it back to them I called them for further instructions they told me on the phone it was this amount then they said it was this amount so after arguing with them for 30 minutes we finaly got the information we needed to send it back come to find out that the free shipping another lie to add to the list of many lies so after it was all said and done me and my wife took a loss of about $ 30.00 total so if anyone is considering buying this beware of this scam they are running I would suggest trying something else I mean should we have to be scamed, lied to, and cheated out of our money that we all have to work for ? I dont know about you but I have a family to provide for I cant be just throwing money arround every dollar counts so please I ask you what can be done about this my main goal here is to prevent someone else from being scamed, lied to, or cheated out of their money thank you for your time Simple Man : - )
