York State police arressted William Curry for domestic volence against his pregnant wife. Wife got a no-contact PFA with weapons relinquishment and he was evicted from the residence. During the time of the temp. PFA both trp. Beckwith and Trp. Collorusso on 2 seperate occasions questioned me as to taking things from my home. I couldn't believe this.
To make it worse I have transcripts where the sequestered witness Charity Rager admitted that her and Mr. Curry were both in my home everyday despite the PFA. This issue was raised before JUdge Kelly and I begged the state Police to have them arressted.
Cpl. Trees (perhaps he beats on his own wife if he even has one) stated Ms. Rager could go into my home on my husbands behalf and that even though I had 2 houses on my property and the defendant in a no contact order refused to vacate my property. When I reported this at the time the responce I got from the same police who harassed me about theft alligations, was do you have the deed then when I show it to them they said it wasn't a violation. My scumbag criminal husband was aloud to stalk, harass, and go into a home during the PFA.
My husband also failed to surrender weapons. Mr. Curry had Mr. Reever give a false complaint to the police about a gun. Knowing all this the police say get an attorney and persue justice privatly.
Any one interested William Curry Spring Grove has multiple buisness just google his name with spring grove pa you'll see. I guess it's true what they saY MONEY TALKS. ANYONE HAVE THE GUTS TO SUE THE POLICE??? THEY HAVE CAUSED ME IRRITREAVABLE DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF THERE MISCONDUCT
