poor customer service, believe the buyer even if they are LYING |

A buyer bought this iPhone from me for christmas and is now accussing me of stealing the phone that I sold her! She said she can't use it because the phone is locked for something long minutes, when it clearly was working fine.
Yardsellr is taking the buyer's side that I'm a thief and I should not sell stolen items on their site!
I scoff at this. So Yardsellr is already lecturing me not to do that? When they CLEARLY don't know MY side of the story and are just jumping to conclusions?
I HAVE CLEARLY HAD THAT PHONE SINCE IT CAME OUT AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY & I DID NOT STEAL IT! The buyer is the thief here, and a good one in making Yardsellr believe that I stole it, when I could even go to their office and let them strap me on for a lie detecter test and prove to them that I would NEVER do something like that to make a profit. I guess the internet will never have a great place to sell your stuff and will ALWAYS believe the buyer (even when they are lying!)
WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE? Why do they belive that false buyer who just wants a refund and keep the phone?!
Plus, she says I don't reply to her e-mails. WHEN I DO. I have proof, too! She is the one who is unresponsive and doesn't reply.
I used to love Yardsellr, but this issue has gotten to far and I will never shop or sell with them again. They seem to care more for the people who are GIVING Yardsellr money (aka their 'slice') than the person's that are KEEPING IT ALIVE with their ITEMS! You're just like eBay! I'm just going to take my business elsewhere, eCrater and Storenvy are great sites. (: |

They've contacted me & hopefully if they can resolve the issue and determine that the buyer is making false accusations, then I will resume business with them. |

File with the BBB and Join the list of people ripped off. With their F rating and also may want to look at many of the other sites that give this place a poor review, guess its to late now for you but maybe can help someone else before to late. |
