yahoo american greetings Cannot cancel membership via web. web, Ohio |
7th of Nov, 2010 by User844640 |
Attempting to cancel membership via web per instructions on their help site. When you log in via yahoo it shows that you are logged in, but does not give you access to your membership pages. When you go to help and select I want to cancel, the link does not work.
I read here on scam Report, where someone else repeatidly tried to cancel membership via phone and had a very difficult time.
I have sent emails and did a screen shot showing that I was logged in, but there are no tools menu to select.
Others need to be aware of this company and steer clear. |

I am having the very same problems with yahoo american greetings, I've been a subscriber for 3+years, and in that time have not been able to send 1 card. I have sent many emails to both yahoo & american greetings all of which have been ignored. I agree with the previous comment STEER CLEAR |

This Company Yahoo-American Greetings sent me an email with a link back on 2/24/11 for me to renew my subscription. I did NOT click on the link because I didn't want to continue with them. Well, on June 6th 2011, they debited $16.90 out of my account. I have been given 3 different numbers where you keep getting cut off. I can't get ahold of anyone associated with American Greetings. I filled out a Unauthorized debit statement with my credit union. The statement is for, I did not authorize the party listed above to debit my account. This fraudulent behavior by American Greetings. I'm mean really... my account with them expired on 2/24/11 and you're going to debit my account 3 1/2 months later???? I DID NOT click on your link to subscribe for another year! I have the email to prove the link wasn't clicked... Also, I went to my account info under Yahoo Greetings and it shows my account being expired 2/24/11 under status.. And under other orders, it says No other orders at this time. So, What are YOU doing American Greetings??? You ARE a big RIP-OFF company! You want to fix your wrong with the right thing to do Mr. American Greeting? Contact me at [email protected]. I'm willing to bet you won't right your wrong. Next step... Better Business Bureau. |
