| Xsport Schaumburg Adrian, Hennessy, Stephanie, Alfredo Person Dispute on Ethical Sales; Using Police To Resolve by Forcing Trespassing Act Schaumburg, |

| This is a follow up on last report in which Xsport Schaumburg Sales Staff and Mr. Sary dispute over Sales Pitch and going beyond to gain Contact info just to have productivity to report at the end of the day. I, Cap S am a friend/was a member of Xsport (Until Today). As stated in previous report, Woodfield Mall located in Schaumburg, IL; Xsport Fitness pushing to sell memberships. I confront Salesperson Stephanie in which an attempt to obtain contant info after response of "No" were not interested in membership. Stephanie says I'm out of line for correcting her sales approach. She says she's building a relationship as if Stephanie was in bar. I've seen these 2 indiana gentleman; IMO, their intent was to play along with Stephanie in order to build another relationship/not contract membership at Xsport. All this occurs two weeks prior to Christmas. Flash foward, I shop almost ever other day at Woodfield for the last 3 months, I see Stephanie and Alfredo and with them Merry Christmas. Based on body language, Stephanie is holding a grudge. I confront her and say I'll with your Superior, Hennessy and walk away saying Happy Holidays. My phone blows up with Adrian stating that I should stay away/harrassing. I confront Him by stating, "Why are still covering Up Stephanie bad business approach". She clearly is in the wrong, Steven I discussed this matter then and both agreed her conduct was outrageous and she was covering up the fact that her sales number was low. I hang up and turn my phone. Next I turn on the phone to receive a voicemail from Shaumburg Pd stating not to go near kiosk. Long story short; Schaumburg Xsport is trying to cover up Salesperson Stephanie's unethical sales conduct by slapping with a "No Trespassing Clause" which didn't stick and I walked away. It doesn't end there; I was at Naperville location after being there for 12 plus to be greeted by Naperville Pd to be issued the No Trespassing Clause. Wow, all this to cover inappropriate conduct. IMO, just fire Stephanie and this blip goes away. Now, Schaumburg Xsport attempt to slap me with no trespassing charge and fails. Having said this I would like to go forth with some legal action. Cover up bad behavior by accusing a whistle blower (Cap Sary) with made up charge is the most ridculous misuse of power and justice. Shame on Xsport as a Company. I PAYED $500 UP FRONT FOR THE WHOLE YEAR AND WANT MY MONEY AS WELL MADE CHARGE TO BE RESOLVED... |
