I contacted this company via email in November 2010 to move my family from AL to TX. I was given a price that I was told was a final price. The company shows up with very little packing materials.They did not have a crew to pack things. They used our packing materials and then charged us for them. They did not wrap items, just dumped everything in boxes no matter what it was. Destroyed my grandmothers china. Destroyed and/or damaged all of my furniture. Listed everything I owned as damaged. I have hundreds of dvd's missing. Price was originally around 2800.00. They charged close to $8000.00 after loading our belongings and told us that we would not get any of our belongings back until we paid them in full. The driver sat in his vehicle making flight arrangements to Israel, his name was Joe. They were paid to pack, load and unpack and unload, also to place the items in the appropriate rooms, including carrying furniture up the stairs and putting them back together. The truck shows up a day late with only the driver. My husband, myself, my two grandaughters and my daughter who I might add has a very bad back had to unload the truck. I tried to contact the company and they did not want to speak to me. When I finally got through was told that I would have to call back when I unpacked and they would send me a claim form. They would never answer my calls after that. I have pictures of a lot of the damages. This company should be put out of business and criminally prosecuted for fraud (i.e. changing documents after they are signed. They make you sign all of the blank documents prior to moving your things then they go back and fill in the papers) DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!
