In January 2011 I initiated an agreement to do property preservation work for Rezaz llc and Wyzecurr Enterprises LLC. We began receiving and completing work orders in February 2011. I understood from my conversation with Heather Currington that our pay could be expected within 30-45 days after invoice received in accounting/payroll. I later received an email from Niki Coleman saying payments could be received from 30-90 days after invoice received by Accounting/payroll. Niki indicated all invoices should be paid on the first and fifteenth of each month. Our first invoice was submitted to them on March 1, 2011. The next invoice was not submitted until April 1, 2011. New invoices were submitted each first and fifteenth thereafter, until May 15, 2011 for a total amount invoiced was $4151.15. We have not received one penny of payment for the amount invoived. Heather was aware that we were new in this field and agreed to make sure we would be notified of any problems or corrections needed to our work. We were never advised of any problem with the quality of our work. We did have to resubmit photos a few times because the initial photos were not clear enough. After 45 days of non payment, I tried to speak with Rodney, Heather, and Niki by phone and email, without response. I have not been successful until the time of this writing been able to speak with either of them, As of today's date, we have not received any form of payment. Wyzecurr stopped sending our company work orders in May, 2011 in response to our missing work order completion deadlines due to our equipment failing. We should be paid for all of our hard work before that time and plan to collect by whatever legal means we can find to assist us! We hope Wyzecurr is not lumping our company in what I read that they are calling "incompetent and ignorant subcontractors". We provided superior quality work, followed their manuals and instructions to the letter. We were never notified of any substandard work or complaints from their clients about our work and we deserve to be paid!!!! |
